Mr John Athans is a Chartered Accountant. He began his professional career in 1973 with Peat Marwick Mitchell and commenced public practice in 1980 under the then practice name of Athans & Meacock. This firm is now known as Athans & Taylor. Spanning 36 years in the field of public accounting, John has developed the Athans & Taylor practice to become one of the top 100 accounting firms in Australia. John brings to the Company extensive analytical and administrative skills in the areas of information technology and systems development together with considerable expertise in accounting and organizational management.

Gurmit Singh

Mr Gurmit Singh is a Certified Practicing Accountant and has 23 years of experience in finance, corporate management and accounting.  Gurmit commenced service with the firm of Athans & Taylor in 1986 and became a partner in 1991. Gurmit has been involved with the Company’s investment in the Panorama Synergy core technology from the beginning, and was a director of the Company at it’s listing on the ASX in 2001.  He has remained on the Board since listing.  Gurmit brings a broad range of experience in company management, strategic planning and administration to the Company.

Leonard A Taylor

Mr Len Taylor is a Chartered Accountant with 39 years professional experience. Len began his professional career with Touche Ross in 1969 and later gained broad experience with several international accounting firms. Len commenced public practice in 1983 in the firm now known as Athans & Taylor. Len's extensive experience in financial management and taxation matters provides added strength to the company's leadership team.

Aidan Montague

Director

Panorama Synergy Ltd is pleased to announce the appointment of Aidan Montague to the Board of Directors of the Company.

Aidan Montague has more than 25 year's cutting edge experience driving sales and marketing operations, along with a strong technology and internet background. He has held a number of senior roles with Internet/Communications giant, Cisco Systems, both locally and overseas. In his role as Director of Strategic Alliances for Cisco, Aidan negotiated alliance agreements with many of the major Telcos throughout China, Korea, Singapore, Australia and elsewhere.

More recently his focus has been in the areas of Internet Marketing, New Media Applications and in particular, assisting businesses market their products and services over the internet.

Aidan is a Chartered Professional Engineer with a career in information technology, communications and online marketing. He graduated from the West Australian Institute of Technology (now Curtin University) in 1974.

Aidan brings a broad range of sales and marketing skills to the Company and the Board believes his extensive experience in these areas will add immeasurable value to the commercialization of PSY's Magneto Photonic Crystal (MPC) technology.
