Patents
The Company has 6 issued international patent, and the number of patents pending has grown to 91.
Panorama’s world-wide R&D consortium provides a basis for rapid and extensive generation of additional intellectual property.
Our goals for this IP development are capturing all representative and differentiating innovations; ensuring a broad, deep and balanced patent portfolio encompassing the range of basic science through to commercial products; and having a reasonably detailed knowledge of prior patent art and scientific publications available to researchers, attorneys and management.
Non Disclosure Agreements
Panorama Synergy has several NDAs with world leading research and commercial organisations. In the majority of cases, these have led to detailed Agreements ensuring the integrity and evolution of intellectual property (IP).
